- I would like to call TApplication.OpenOld to open a document, but it takes an
- AppFile as a parameter and an AppFile contains only a working directory refnum.
- I only have a real vRefNum and dirID. Anyone know a way to turn a dirID/vRefNum
- pair to a working directory refnum?
