  24. I would like to call TApplication.OpenOld to open a document, but it takes an
  25. AppFile as a parameter and an AppFile contains only a working directory refnum.
  26. I only have a real vRefNum and dirID. Anyone know a way to turn a dirID/vRefNum
  27. pair to a working directory refnum?
